What Materials Do You Use and Will My Print Last?
We only use the finest quality artists materials for all of our prints and this is complemented by HP Vivera Pigment based colour and lightfast inks, which are guaranteed fade resistant for a minimum of 200 years. This means all of our prints will outlast our customers!
What are the Details of Your Lifetime Guarantee?
We use only the finest possible canvas, ink and stretcher bars. And because we don't make any compromises, we can offer you a lifetime guarantee on all our products. We guarantee that:
-the inks on the canvas print will not fade
-the canvas will not need restretching
-the frame will stay strong
Once I Get My Print, How Do I Hang It?
We supply hanging kits with all of our prints so putting them up on the wall is as easy as banging in a picture hook. No more messing around with screws and drills! The unique design of the CWH Canvas Hanger included in the kit, incorporates a cut-out which allows the print to be hung on a standard 2 pin picture hook (also supplied). Using these hangers ensures that the finished print is 'pulled' flush to the wall and results in a very secure fixing with minimum fuss.
The shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Refunds to you will normally be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card excluding shipping charges and less an administration fee of £15.00.
As stated in our Delivery Policy, international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
UK: Deliveries usually arrive within 7 days of order, however in busy periods can take up to 14 days.
EU: Deliveries usually arrive within 14 days of order.
Non-EU: Deliveries usually arrive within 14 days, however in busy periods can take up to 21 days.
All deliveries are sent via a secure courier service or a Royal Mail tracked service.
Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.
All our deliveries are carefully packaged to ensure that your order arrives safely but sometimes our couriers do make mistakes. If you are unable to check your package in front of the delivery driver, please ensure that you sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' in the event of having to raise an insurance claim. All damages to goods must be notified to us within 1 working day from receipt or we will be unable to accept liability.
Portobello Arts Club does not charge customs duties on International shipments or any destination outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Portobello Arts Club.
Whilst we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Portobello Arts Club.
